Please return purchased items within 30 days of shipment date. All return shipment costs are the customers responsibility. Only the products purchased on Unadulterated Beauty.com are eligible for a full refund in that 30-day period, depending upon the approval of the return.
HAIR PRODUCT RETURNS:
We recommend using product for 30 days to see best results. If for any reason you decide to return product, none of the product may be used and all packaging and labels must be intact. Returns will be inspected to determine if the refund is approved. If approved please allow 7-10 business days after returned item has been received, to place funds back on the original method of payment.
